I wasn’t too happy a couple months ago when hearing the story of Hector Orozco, who was still a free man despite multiple DUI convictions and arrests in and around Pasco.
So I consider it good news to see the recent report in the Herald that Orozco has finally been sentenced to 2 years and 1 month in jail. As the attorneys in his case agreed, the man needs help. Hopefully the jail programs they have will make a difference.
