Community Service Day in Pasco

Every year, Windermere Real Estate offices in several states set aside a day to help the communities in which they live and work. The Windermere web site does a great job of describing it, so read more here.

Our task today was cleaning up Chiawana Park in Pasco. I was assigned shoreline duty, and we worked HARD cleaning up detritus and dead wood and all kinds of stuff that looked better in a trash can than it did in the water.

And I love how it looked when it was clean!

Looks nice, huh?

[...] Friday was Windermere’s Community Service Day. I really dislike the out-of-doors, but I do enjoy making a difference and I like to have fiun, so I usually feel pretty conflicted on CSD. However, this year was fun from beginning to end, and I think it’s because I was with a hilarious group of agents who really went all out when given our assignment. For pics and more, check out my post on the Pasco Real Estate Blog. [...]
