If you don’t know Neva Corkrum’s name, you must not have lived in Pasco very long. She’s pretty much an institution in the city, but she’s leaving public service. She’s spent the last 20 years on the Franklin Co. Board of Comissioners. The Herald has a nice write-up on her impact. She’s been in public service since 1956….wow!
