We hinted that this was coming back in December, and now it’s happening. The city is spending about $20,000 to survey Pasco residents to learn everyone’s opinions and wishes for city library services.
The city owns the current library building and has a working arrangement with the Mid-Columbia Library System, but that agreement is ending soon. Pasco is considering several options for future library services — one of which is creating its own municipal library.
