It appears that even the City of Pasco, which has long been one of the fastest growing cities in Washington (and the U.S., for that matter), may finall be seeing a real estate slowdown.
The city planning folks report that only six (6) permits were issued for new, single-family homes in November. Six! That’s the lowest monthly total in 10 years in Pasco.
For a little perspective, I’ll point you toward a post from last March that Cari wrote on her own blog:

She talks about how the city may be growing at an amazing rate, but explains that new homes were also sitting on the market much longer than comparable homes elsewhere in the area. So, even during the high-growth periods in Pasco, there were some real estate anomalies going on.
