If you’re looking for something to do in the Pasco area, why not head a little of town and visit the Sacajawea State Park Interpretive Center? It’s now open from 10 am to 5 pm daily, and will stay open through the end of October.
To get there, head east on Hwy. 12 as if you’re going to Walla Walla, but turn right on Tank Farm Rd. and follow it over the train tracks to the end of the road. It’s about five miles outside of Pasco.
You can learn more about the center and park on the Washington State Parks web site.
