Local officials have created a survey to get public input on a full 10 options for adding a new bridge over the Columbia River between Pasco and Kennewick or Richland. The options are shown on the map below:

The survey is pretty short, and you’ll be asked at one point to prioritize your personal top three options of the ten shown, and another questions asks for your top three options that you think are in the best long-term options of the Tri-Cities. There are also questions about your typical traffic habits when driving over the existing Columbia River bridges.
You can learn more about the options and the survey by visiting www.crcstc.com. Once there, look for links to take the survey itself.
Based on survey feedback, organizers will soon narrow the list down to five sites. And then another public survey before November will help choose a single preferred site with two alternatives.
