Congrats to Will Hoppes of Tri-Cities Prep — his amazing accomplishments on the football field, which included a state championship for the Jaguars, have earned him a spot in the current issue of Sports Illustrated magazine.
He appears in the “Faces In The Crowd” section, which honors amateur athletes of all ages. You can see him here on SI.com, but in case that link goes away, here’s a screenshot:

It says “Richland” because, I presume, that’s where Will and his family call home.
